We got tired of watching good businesses run on duct tape
Automation Crafters started with our own manufacturing and trades business — trying to make it "work" with a pile of disconnected systems. Good people spending their days re-typing the same information into three different places. Not because anyone wanted to, but because nobody had connected the tools we'd already paid for.
So that's what we do now. We map how a business actually runs, then build the automations that connect the software already in use — no rip-and-replace, no forcing your team onto a new platform. Just work that moves the way it should.
